Road Star provides on-demand roadside assistance services only, including but not limited to:
• Towing coordination
• Jump starts
• Flat tire changes
• Lockout assistance
• Emergency fuel delivery
All services are offered strictly on a pay-per-service basis.

2️⃣ No Memberships – No Insurance
• Road Star is not an insurance company
• Road Star does not sell:
• Insurance
• Warranties
• Protection plans
• Memberships or subscriptions
• We do not provide coverage, reimbursement, or risk pooling of any kind
Each service request is a separate, one-time transaction.

3️⃣ Independent Service Providers
• Roadside services are performed by independent third-party service providers
• Road Star acts only as a dispatch and coordination service
• We do not employ, control, or supervise service providers
Service providers are responsible for their own:
• Equipment
• Licensing
• Insurance
• Work quality

4️⃣ Service Requests & Dispatch
• Service availability depends on location, traffic, weather, and provider availability
• Estimated arrival times are not guaranteed
• Road Star reserves the right to decline or cancel any service request

5️⃣ Pricing & Payment
• Prices are disclosed before dispatch whenever possible
• Customer agrees to pay the quoted amount for the requested service
• Additional charges may apply for:
• Extra mileage
• Fuel cost
• Tolls
• Waiting time
• After-hours or special conditions
Payment may be required before or immediately after service completion.

6️⃣ Cancellations & No-Shows
• Cancellations after dispatch may result in a cancellation fee
• If the provider arrives and the customer is unavailable, a service or no-show charge may apply
• No refunds for completed or partially completed services

• Provide accurate location and vehicle information
• Ensure the vehicle is accessible and safe to service
• Follow reasonable instructions given by the service provider
• Remove personal valuables before service when possible

• Pre-existing vehicle damage

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Road Star’s liability, if any, is limited to the amount paid for the specific service.

The customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Road Star from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:
• Customer’s misuse of services
• Inaccurate information provided by the customer
• Unsafe vehicle conditions
